Setsuna F. Seiei’s GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser was heavily damaged during the final battle against the Innovades in 2312. Celestial Being began developing the GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] as Setsuna’s new Gundam, but in the meantime the 00 Raiser was repaired and redesignated as the GN-0000RE+GNR-010 00 Raiser Condenser Type. As the 00 Raiser lost both its GN Drives in combat, the suit was now powered by newly developed GN Condensers. Due to advanced in technology, Celestial Being was able to reproduce the Twin Drive System with the GN Condensers. The suit’s basic performance was the same as its original configuration. It could activate a Trans-Am Burst for a limited time period, but the heavy consumption of GN particles left it immobile afterward. During the 2314 invasion of the ELS, Setsuna chose to use the 00 Raiser Condenser Type configuration instead of the GN-0000GNHW/7SG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G because he wanted to emphasize dialogue capability over combat capability. However, the 00 Raiser Condenser Type was damaged in a battle against the ELS near Mars.
