The GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh was a slimmed down mobile suit hidden underneath the bulky armor of the GN-005 Gundam Virtue. Based on the second generation GNY-004 Gundam Plutone, the Gundam Nadleeh’s main ability was the Trial System, a fail safe measure designed by Aeolia Schenberg to ensure that his plan for the world wasn’t derailed. The Trial System allowed the Gundam Nadleeh’s Meister to control any suit connected to the quantum computer Veda in the event of betrayal. The suit’s ability to break out from the Gundam Virtue as an escape system was inspired by the Gundam Plutone’s Core Fighter. The Gundam Nadleeh’s exposed hair-like red cables were used to transfer GN particles to the Gundam Virtue armor.
The Gundam Nadleeh was armed with a GN Beam Rifle and GN Shield based on the Gundam Plutone’s weapons. Although the rifle wasn’t as powerful as the Gundam Virtue’s GN Bazooka, it could fire high output particle beams and generate a beam blade from its tip. The suit could also use the Gundam Virtue’s GN Cannons as handheld weapons. The Gundam Nadleeh and its Trial System were entrusted to Innovade Tieria Erde, who was forced to reveal the suit when the Gundam Virtue was briefly captured during a Human Reform League attack in space. Tieria later used the Trial System to shut down the Gundams belonging to the Trinity siblings, but he was countermanded when fellow Innovade Ribbons Almark hacked Veda. In 2308, the Gundam Nadleeh was heavily damaged while fighting a combined team from the United Nations. However, Tieria was able to ensure that the GN Drive safely returned to Celestial Being, and after the battle he assisted in the development of new Gundams.
