The GN-00902 SEM was an unpiloted version of the GN-009 Seraphim Gundam produced in a pair to work as part of the GN-008GNHW/3G Seravee Gundam GNHW/3G. The SEM’s heads were of the same series as the GNR-101A GN Archer. The huge Gundam face on SEM’s chest were changed to one equipped with a sensor mask that was an improved version of those used by the Fereshte. The sensor mask helped to gather long-range data and could transmit them immediately to the Tieria Erde in the Seraphim Gundam. The yellow antenna on SEM’s chest was a clavicle antenna; SEM Unit 1 had it on the right side of the chest, while SEM Unit 2 had it on the left side of the chest. The SEM’s armaments included two GN Cannons, two GN Beam Sabers, a GN Beam Machine Gun and a GN Shield. Ultimately, Tieria decided not to use the GNHW/3G and the SEMS in the final battle against the Innovators in 2312 because he had not reconnected to Veda. Theorizing that this would occur near the end of the battle, he concluded that the GNHW/3G and SEMs would be a burden to the other Gundam Meisters. Instead, the Seravee Gundam was equipped with the alternate GNHW/B parts.
