The GNMA-Y0002V Gadelaza was an Earth Sphere Federation mobile armor based on Innovade technology that inherited the Ga- series of mobile suit names. The Gadelaza was powered by seven GN Drive Taus, with one in the main body and three each in the two parts of the tail section. The Gadelaza had high mobility and output, with its combat capabilities equivalent to five mobile suit teams. The Gadelaza, a candidate for the next ESF main machine, was intended for true Innovator pilots and was equipped with quantum brainwave technology. The Gadelaza could transform from a cruise mode to a combat mode, which allows it to use all of its weapons. The head, which showed influence from the GNW-20000 Arche Gundam, was only visible during combat mode, and its head-mounted camera had three lines on each side of the head. In addition to Innovade technology, data from the now canceled GNX-704T Ahead was also used in the Gadelaza’s development.
The Gadelaza was armed with 14 large GN Fangs that each stored 10 smaller fangs, for a total of 140 fangs. Each large fang had the combat capability of a mobile suit, and controlling that many units simultaneously could only be accomplished by an Innovator using quantum brainwaves. Thanks to each container having three GN Drive Taus, the large GN Fangs had a longer operating time and higher attack power. The fangs could also form GN Cutters and GN Spears. The Gadelaza was also armed with 256 GN missiles stored in 32 containers, with eight missiles per container. A GN Blaster mounted at the front of Gadelaza had the power to destroy a spaceship in one shot, but forced venting of heat was required after each shot. The Gadelaza’s four arms were equipped with GN Beam Guns, which could also emit beam sabers. The Gadelaza’s cockpit and pilot helmet were equipped with quantum brainwave blocking technology to prevent outside interference. It was believed that this technology contributed to pilot Descartes Shaman being unable to establish dialogue with the ELS in 2314, which resulted in the assimilation of the Gadelaza and his death. An ELS Gadelaza was spotted during the final battle, but it was unclear if this is the assimilated original or a copy. After the ELS conflict, the anti-Innovator Old Human Faction triggered a war and put the Gadelaza into production. These units were piloted by enslaved Innovators or pseudo-Innovators created with super soldier enhancement techniques. Their helmets were lined with quantum brainwave shielding to prevent them from being affected by enemy Innovators, but the helmets could not totally block the brainwaves.
