The GNR-010/XN XN Raiser was an enhanced support unit for the GN-0000 00 Gundam. The GNR-010 0 Raiser was equipped with the XN unit, which was designed to give it combat capabilities on par with the 00 Gundam. A pair of GN Buster Sword IIIs enhanced close-range combat capabilities because they could be used for high speed ramming attacks. The XN unit also included two arm units that were mounted on the bottom of the 0 Raiser. These arm units not only allowed the 0 Raiser to transport weapons for the Gundams, but to also use the weapons for itself. Because the 0 Raiser was mainly deployed docked to the 00 Gundam to stabilize its Twin Drive System, the XN unit was never produced. However, its design data was useful for future weapons development.
