DC’s ultimate weapon, the Granzon was a combat robot that was eventually mass produced. It was able to transform into a hover tank, allowing for easier movement over land and water. It was equipped with many armaments, including two hand mounted guns, missile launchers on each arm, a beam cannon in the forehead, and four 100mm short-range cannons on the back. These weapons were all usable in both robot and hover tank modes. The Granzon’s most devastating weapon, however, was its micro black hole cannon. The two-pronged cannon, mounted on each shoulder, could fire a black hole that sucked up anything in its blast radius. Because of the amount of weapons, the Granzon was controlled by a crew of four.

At least 14 Granzons were known to have seen combat. The first was helmed by La Guiasian soldier Dallas and his men. It met its end when Dallas self-destructed it in a failed attempt to defeat the Elemental Lord robots. Subsequent Granzons featured improved systems. The next Granzon was helmed by Saphine Grace, who used it in a duel against Lyune Frank’s Balcione. The Granzon easily overpowered Balcione but was no match for the Elemental Lord Zamjeed. The third Granzon was used to protect a micro black hole experiment, but was easily defeated by the Elemental Lords Psybuster and Gottess. Three Granzons were used in another experiment, and while two were destroyed entering the black hole, one managed to survive and make it to La Guias. It found itself in combat with Psybuster and Jaifer, which caused the Granzon to be sucked into its own micro black hole. Although heavily damaged, the Granzon managed to survive the trip back to Earth. The final eight Granzons were to be used by DC’s La Guiasian employees to return to La Guias via the micro black hole. When the Elemental Lords appeared to stop them, four Granzons remained to engage them while Shu Zoldark took the other four to La Guias. Unable to defeat the Elemental Lords, the four Granzons self-destructed; however, they were thrown into space beforehand. Shu’s four Granzons were pursued by the Elemental Lords into the wormhole connecting Earth and La Guias. Shu self-destructed the other three Granzons in an attempt to stop the Elemental Lords, but to no avail. Shu and Saphine were killed when their final Granzon was destroyed by the Elemental Lords’ Cy Flash.
