Hinata walks through a park and thinks about Mizuki and Masaki when she runs into Hiroto heading for The Gundam Base. He tells her that he’s going to meet some of his teammates in person, and she’s amazed by the idea of an offline meeting. Hiroto boards Patrick’s luxury yacht and finds him waiting with May and Kazami. Kazami starts the meeting by noting that they have only three weeks to save Eldora, so they need a proper strategy. Everyone is amazed by how he sounded like a leader, and Kazami insists that he’s always been a leader. Patrick mentions that they’ll have to go back to space via the orbital elevator, and May adds that during their first trip it seemed as though Alus was luring them in. Kazami wonders how they’d even destroy the cannon once they got to space, and Hiroto states that they need to upgrade their Gunpla to deal with the One-Eyes and the Gundam Seltsam. Hiroto notes that they need to defeat the Gundam Seltsam because it’s capable of attacking the ruins, but he also wants to help Masaki. Kazami pulls out boxes of parts and sketches for a new Gunpla design, and he asks for Hiroto’s help. Patrick wants to ask Cuadorn for help, and he thinks they can repair his wings with Gunpla parts. Later, Freddie waits in the Milaag temple and watches as May and Kazami materialize along with the Justi’gguy. Freddie mentions that Muran needs someone to give him a ride up to the temple, so Kazami volunteers to handle that. Freddie wonders where Hiroto and Parviz are and is shocked to see their avatars changed to Haros. Hiroto docks in a Haro Loader and Parviz in a Haro Fitter so they can unload the parts they brought with them. Parviz explains that the parts they bring to Eldora continue to exist on their own, so they want to use Gunpla parts to repair Cuadorn’s wing. Kazami returns from the surface and emerges from the cockpit with Maiya, while an airsick Muran emerges from the basket carried by the Justi’gguy. Hiroto, Parviz and Mobile Doll May work to assemble the new wing and attach it to Cuadorn. Maiya is amazed to see the sacred beast and introduces herself. Cuadorn asks if she’s the older sister who cooks well, but who is also fussy and short-tempered. Maiya glares at Freddie, so he suggests everyone take a break for refreshments. Everyone sits down to eat Maiya’s deep-fried N’ga berries, and Freddie mentions that Maiya has loved stories about Cuadorn since she was a child. Hiroto and Parviz are still able to eat as Haros, and May asks Cuadorn if he’s going to eat. Cuadorn explains that he doesn’t need to eat, but Kazami suggests he eat one anyway. Cuadorn then eats one of the fried berries and comments that it’s delicious. Hiroto asks Muran about the status of the evacuation to the ruins, and Muran answers that some people think it’s pointless since Seguri was also a relic but still came under attack. Muran mentions that he ran into Gorus, who despite being badly injured is still gathering weapons and supplies. Gorus mentioned that the Gundam Seltsam attacked the village of Dweybau, but then later defended it against the One-Eyes. May thinks something is happening to Masaki, and Hiroto wonders if the brainwashing is wearing off. Cuadorn explains that the horns and weird arm on the Gundam Seltsam are keeping Masaki’s consciousness trapped on Eldora, and Hiroto recalls the battle in space where he stabbed the horn and seemed to injure Masaki. Cuadorn thinks Masaki can be helped if they get rid of the horns and arm, but he’s probably also near the limit of what he can stand.
Later, May calls Patrick and says she’ll leave the repairs to him and Hiroto while she and Kazami head to Dweybau to seek out the Gundam Seltsam. May mentions that it’s lucky Patrick found the parts to repair Cuadorn’s wing, and Patrick explains that they were leftovers from a failed customization. May comments that Patrick gained something even in failure. Kazami completes his new Gunpla, the Gundam Aegis Knight, while Hiroto touches up the Saturn Armor. The next day, Hiroto leaves class and asks Hinata if she wants to join him at The Gundam Base, but she answers that she has to go to the Hoshiyama Shrine to participate in a bow ritual for archery club. However, she says she can walk with him for a bit and asks how the offline meeting went. She wants to know what it’s like to meet people from GBN, and Hiroto answers that it’s the same, but he doesn’t think they would’ve ended up how they are if they’d met in real life first. She asks if that means sharing their deepest secrets, and he answers that he’s just glad they met in GBN. Hiroto thanks Hinata for giving him the push he needed. Hiroto mentions that their mission has become more urgent, and Hinata asks if it’s dangerous. She mentions that she’s going to see her senior, whose little brother has been in a coma since last logging on to GBN, and Hiroto asks if she means Masaki. Hinata gets a call from Mizuki that they’ll have to reschedule because something happened to Masaki. Hinata asks Mizuki how she’s doing, and she explains that she thinks Masaki is suffering. Hiroto calls May in the GBN lobby and tells her that Masaki is in danger and they have to move up their schedule. Hiroto asks Hinata to listen to his story as he explains the existence of Eldora and its connection to the communications failure. He tells her that Masaki was fighting on Eldora and that his mind is trapped there, so they’re trying to help him. Hiroto then runs off, but Hinata stops him and asks what will happen to him if he can’t save Masaki. Hiroto assures her that it’ll be OK and they’ll save Masaki. Hinata wonders if Masaki is like Hiroto, and she elaborates that Hiroto always does his best for others. Hinata asks Hiroto to promise that he’ll return safely, and he agrees. She decides to go support Mizuki, and they fist bump on their mutual promises before parting ways. The Build Divers materialize in the Milaag temple and look at Kazami’s new Gunpla. Kazami comments on the Saturn Armor, and Hiroto explains that it was designed to fight Gundam Frames, but he didn’t expect to have to use it on a Universal Century-type enemy. Parviz tells everyone that he’ll join up with them after finishing repairs on Cuadorn’s wing. May takes off in the Wodom Pod, followed by Kazami in the Gundam Aegis Knight and Hiroto in the Veetwo Gundam flying on the Saturn Armor. Cuadorn vows to finish Masaki off himself if the Build Diver’s can’t save him. Hinata goes to the hospital and tells Mizuki that she wants to stay by her side. On Eldora, Masaki gasps for air after destroying several One-Eyes.
With the story of Eve concluded, the plot shifts back to the present and seems to be setting the stage for the series’ endgame: saving Masaki and stopping Alus. Since this is still a Gundam series that is selling Gunpla, we’re at the point where it’s time for new suits and upgrades to prep for the final battle. Kazami dips into the Gundam SEED well again for another knight-inspired suit, and Hiroto brings in a Saturn Armor weapon that references the Gundam Frames of Iron-Blooded Orphans. Two other storylines converge as Hiroto and Hinata realize their shared connection to Masaki, and Hiroto confides in her about Eldora and what his team is doing. The stakes for the coming battle are already high, but now there’s the added element of Cuadorn vowing to kill Masaki as a last resort, and I suspect he’ll conclude that action is necessary and be placed at odds with the Build Divers. We’ll see soon enough, either way.
