When the JDG-00X Devil Gundam appeared in Neo Japan, it created the Death Army series of mobile suits for self defense. After leaving Neo Japan, it followed Domon Kasshu to South America’s Guiana Highlands, where Domon spent an extended period of time training to fight Master Asia. When the Devil Gundam’s presence was revealed, it unleashed new variants on the Death Army series, as well as the Gundam Heads. The Gundam Heads were long snake-like units with heads resembling that of a Gundam. Aside from having powerful snapping teeth, the Gundam Heads were armed with beam cannons in each eye. After the battle in the Guiana Highlands, the Gundam Heads later reappeared in Neo Hong Kong and in space when the Devil Gundam merged with the Neo Japan space colony.
