HER-SELF Mobile Doll Sarah was a custom Gunpla created by Koichi Nanase and Tsukasa Shiba to house the consciousness of the EL-Diver Sarah, an electronic lifeform born from the massive quantities of data in GBN. Tsukasa adapted his Break Decal technology into the new Build Decals to facilitate Sarah’s transfer, as the data that comprised her existence threatened to destroy GBN. With a design resembling Sarah’s appearance in GBN, Mobile Doll Sarah’s plastic body allowed her to exist in the “real world.” The Gunpla parts used in the body’s construction allowed Sarah to fight in GBN, but she preferred to be a noncombatant. In the two years since Sarah’s emergence, 87 additional EL-Divers were identified on GBN servers, including HER-SELF Mobile Doll May. When the artificial entity Alus of the planet Eldora invaded GBN, Sarah joined the rest of her Force in the fight to defend their virtual world.
