The HOTOL was a HOrizontal Take Off and Landing shuttle used by the Principality of Zeon during the One Year War. In November UC 0079, the Zeon used HOTOL shuttles to evacuate their forces from Earth following the victory by the Earth Federation Forces at the Battle of Odessa. After the One Year War, a different HOTOL design was used by various parties, including the AEUG and Neo Zeon.
