King Gainer Ep. 14: Transfigure! Dominator

Gainer plays an arcade game with a bunch of kids. He receives a message from his friend Cynthia Lane, who says she is at Lake Baikal on business. Gainer replies he is nearby and they want to get together, but Sara interrupts. Cynthia is presently on a Siberian Railway car. Gainer and Sara depart the local dome on a scooter. They meet up with Gain, who has found a guide. Princess Ana is impressed at the site of the nearby mountains. Eating in a cabin by the mountains, Zakki complains to Asuham about being in the countryside. They are traveling to Kids Munt’s Liman Megalopolis. Cynthia heads out over them in her Overman, the Dominator, saying that she is under orders to execute them all but will let them live if they surrender. Asuham gets angry and heads to his Golame Overman. He leads a force of Under Golames which start firing at the Dominator. The Under Golames emit a shockwave at Cynthia’s Dominator, but she is able to knock away a number of them. After taking out another Under Golame she says St. Regan doesn’t have any competent fighters with them. Princess Ana, Lioubov and Mamado head out on Gain’s Gotchko. Sara asks Gainer about if he’s going out to see Cynthia. Gainer agrees to help move along the city units. Asuham tells Zakki to retreat back to London IMA and tell them about the Siberian Railway fighting against them while he stays and fights with Cynthia. He thinks he will be defeated, but charges towards the Dominator anyway. The Dominator grabs onto the Under Golame and it is also struck by a disc avoided earlier. He shoots at the Dominator, but the bullets have no effect and the Dominator throws the Under Golame to the ground. Reinforcements arrive and Cynthia says to capture the St. Regan pilots. Cynthia complains about how inept St. Regan’s forces are and that even Gainer is a stronger opponent. Gainer sees some fighting from the horizon. The Dominator chases after Zakki’s Under Golame. The Under Golame burrows into the frozen lake and tries to get away under water. Meeya passes by and waves to King Gainer. Her manager complains about the vehicle they are on. Meeya wants to be the first to arrive and has her vehicle pull ahead of the city units. Gain drops off Ana, Lioubov and Mamado at one of the city units. Cynthia, in her Dominator under water, notices King Gainer above the ground and calls it an interesting overman. She breaks the joints of the Under Golame, which sinks further below the water.

Atop the city unit, Princess Ana is put aboard a silhouette engine due to the danger of the city unit sinking as they pass over the frozen link. Ana realizes one of her squirrels, Lense, is missing and doesn’t want to go, but Lioubov says she’ll find it. Mamado chases after her. Hughes talks about setting up a defense line. Mamado continues to chase after Lioubov, who runs through the empty city unit. They notice Lense grabbing onto gondola hanging from the city unit. Gainer and Gain head towards the mysterious overman and start firing at it. The Dominator transforms and attacks the King Gainer. The Dominator extends its arms and grabs onto the King Gainer then starts absorbing it into itself. Gain shoots at the Dominator which causes it to turn back to its normal form. The Dominator starts tearing at the King Gainer’s cockpit. Mamado tries to get Lense but the Gondola starts swinging back and forth. Lioubov falls off the city unit as some Siberian Railway silhouette engines attack but Mamado grabs onto her. The Gotchko runs pasts the Dominator and grabs onto its arm with Brunhilde‘s arm. He pulls at the arm and is able to pull the Dominator away. The King Gainer gets up and Gain tells Gainer to head after the enemy, but changes his mind and has him check on the city units instead. Cynthia complains about feeling sick after being touched by the Gotchko but felt good touching the King Gainer and thinks it would be fun piloting it. Lioubov apologizes to Mamado for causing all the trouble, but he says it is okay. Suddenly the city unit is struck and both of them, along with Lense fall into the lake. Lense is able to swim them up to a chunk of ice floating on the surface, but the city unit starts sinking into the water. King Gainer works on pulling up the city unit and is able to bring it to solid ground. Princess Ana’s squirrels start squeaking, which enables Ana and Gainer to find Lense, who signals Gainer to follow her. Lense leads him to Mamado and Lioubov who are floating in the water. Gainer wonders if they are alive and starts feeling sick. He realizes the water is warm and Gain says it is due to the city unit’s photon mat engine. King Gainer pulls them out and uses the muscle engine’s hand to warm them up. The two wake up and hug each other. Princess Ana runs out to hug Lioubov.
