Super Dimension Fortress Macross: VF Experiment is an original design series created in 2002 by Shoji Kawamori. Published as a column in Character Model magazine, it features designs explicitly intended for Macross, unlike Advanced Valkyrie and Air Cavalry Chronicles. However, to date, no Macross series has utilized the designs from VF Experiment.
