The Magella Eins was a battle tank used by the Principality of Zeon on Earth during the One Year War. The tanks were deployed in large numbers during the Earth invasion operation. The Magella Eins’ armaments included its main 133mm cannon and an MG74 anti-personnel machine gun. Despite having “Magella” in its name, the Magella Eins was not connected to the HT-01B Magella Attack and lacked its flight capabilities. Therefore, it had more in common with the Earth Federation Forces’ M61A5 Tank. Many Magella Eins units operated in Europe before the Battle of Odessa.
