Technical and Historical Notes

The RX-END Gundam The End was a custom Gunpla built by Saga Adou of team Celestial Sphere. It was an original unit that was not based on any pre-existing Gundam anime designs. Gundam The End had multiple forms, including the defensive guard form where it was covered by its wings, oversized Fist the End hands and a red cloak. The wings and Fist the End hands changed position in attack form, and in Akumaguy form the abdomen opened into a mouth that could be used to bite an opponent or consume an enemy beam attack. The abdomen also concealed the Ikkaku, a small RX-0 Unicorn Gundam figure that could function as a drill weapon. Gundam The End’s armaments included two extendable Fist the End hands that could be used offensively (either grappling or beam-firing) or as shields. Its other armaments included multiple remote DE Fangs inspired by Mobile Suit Gundam 00, plus a pair of handguns called Shot the End. Saga could also utilize Fist the End for the special attack Dead End Finger. During the 13th Gunpla Battle Japanese U-19 Championship, Saga single-handedly defeated team White Wolf in a non-ranked friendly match. At the tournament’s conclusion, team Celestial Sphere lost to team Try Fighters after a difficult battle.
