Technical and Historical Notes

The Type-7B/2B Brocken was a military labor produced by Schaft Enterprises Europe. The Brocken's performance was on par with the police use AV-98 Ingram. The Brocken was equipped with smoke dischargers and a rapid firing machine gun, but it could also equip additional body armor. Schaft's Japanese division used several Brocken units as enforcers when the experimental Type-R13EX Phantom attacked Tokyo Teleport in late 1998. Schaft's goal was to lure out SV2 and its Ingram units to gather combat data for the Phantom. One of the impounded Brocken units was later stolen and used in an assassination attempt on Price Uru of the Middle East nation Oasis.
