Megazone 23 Part III

Megazone 23 Part III is two episode OVA released in Japan in 1989 by ARTMIC and AIC. It is co-directed by Kenichi Yatagai and Shinji Aramaki and features mechanical designs by Aramaki, character designs by Hiroyuki Kitazume (with guest work by Haruhiko Mikimoto) and a score by Keishi Urata. Set centuries after Megazone 23 Part II, the story focuses on Eiji Takanaka, a young hacker in Earth’s Eden City who joins the police organization E=X to unravel the mystery of Eve Tokimatsuri. The two episodes of Part III, typically packaged together, were previously released on home video in North America by ADV Films, and most recently by AnimEigo.
