The ML-98 Celkee H10 was an underwater construction labor produced by Hishii Heavy Industries. The airtight Celkee was capable of working underwater at depths of up to 70 meters. The Celkee was equipped with an air tank to sustain its pilot, but the air tank wasn’t as large as the one used by another underwater labor, the M135 Frogman. In the coastal town of Shikura, several fisherman conspired to increase tourism to boost the town’s economy by staging appearances from a plesiosaur named “Plessie.” This deception was accomplished by using two labors: a Celkee fitted with coverings acted as Plessie’s “head,” while an SOV-9900S Seadog fitted with coverings served as the “fins.” After the deception was discovered by the Tokyo police’s SV2 labor unit, the town’s tourism rush immediately dissipated.
