The Mont Blanc class was a cruiser type used by the Earth Federation Forces during the One Year War in UC 0079. Its design was similar to older cruisers from the Anno Domini era that preceded the Universal Century. Its armaments included cannon turrets and missile launchers. In late UC 0079, Mont Blanc ships were part of Admiral Gopp’s fleet sailing for Europe to attack the Zeon forces stationed at Odessa.
