This prototype equipment was created by Anaheim Electronics for use with Gabriel Zola’s RMS-099 Rick Dias. It was designed on the basis of the RX-121 Gundam TR-1 [Hazel] combat data provided by Zola. This equipment was modeled on the MS-09R Rick Dom [Stutzer] that Zola used before joining the AEUG, but it was created from scratch rather than using available materials. This new Stutzer was a desperate measure to counter the newest mobile suits of the Titans and the Earth Federation Forces, and Zola, who demanded mobility from his machines, disapproved of its extra weight. The head of the Rick Dias [Stutzer] had a face guard to protect its monoeye, giving it the appearance of a Gundam-style twin eye. Missile pods were installed in its wing binders and in the extra armor that covered its upper body, a tail stabilator was attached to its back, and a winch unit was installed on its chest.
