The MS Carrier was a mobile suit transport ship used by CONSENT. In UC 0223, CONSENT attacked Side 8 to seize a sample of a bioluminescent material that could end a food shortage crisis. As part of its attack force, CONSENT sent an MS Carrier and the destroyer Ulysses. The MS Carrier could accommodate standard mobile suits like the CCMS-03 Bugu and CAMS-13 MS-Rai, as well as the new unmanned CAMW-13 MW-Rai. The MS Carrier deployed a force of MW-Rais to deal with Side 8’s defense forces, while multiple Bugus infiltrated the colony to secure its interior. However, with the intervention of the resistance group Illuminati, the battle turned against CONSENT.
