The Muspelheim was a converted transport ship used by the Principality of Zeon during the One Year War. Originally a civilian ship, the Muspelheim was reconfigured for military use and became the base of operations for Zeon’s 604th Technical Evaluation Unit, which was tasked with testing experimental weapons. The ship was unarmed in its original civilian version, but it was later equipped with a mega particle cannon and four machine guns. A sister ship to the Jotunheim, the Muspelheim was destroyed in UC 0079 by a Salamis cruiser in Earth orbit while conducting tests on the MSM-07Di Ze’Gok.
