I was hoping to make this post last month, but then we ran into some site issues and it all went off track. So here we are in 2025, which will bring with it MAHQ’s 25th anniversary in April. I have lots of things I’d like to accomplish this year, but it can’t be done alone. So I’m putting out a call to anyone who might be interested in writing for MAHQ. I will say right off the bat that this site is a labor of love, so there’s no pay involved. But if that’s okay and you’d still like to be involved, read on.
First, I’m looking for people to pick up reviews in the following areas:
- AMAIM: Reviews for the Warrior at the Borderline TV series and the UltraSteel Ogre-Gear ONA.
- Brave: Reviews for all the anime series that currently don’t have them, excluding Da-Garn and Dagwon.
- Dougram: Reviews for the TV series and compilation movie.
- Eureka Seven: Reviews for all anime sequels, including the Pocketful of Rainbows movie, the AO TV series and the Hi-Evolution movies.
- Fafner: Complete the reviews for the Exodus TV series and then review subsequent sequels.
- FLCL: Reviews for all sequel series.
Although Super Robot Wars has been a long-time part of MAHQ, I’d like to expand our coverage to other mecha game franchises, including:
- Armored Core
- Front Mission
- Virtual On
I’m also open to pitches for other series that are not currently listed on MAHQ. A few things are already reserved, including:
- FLAG
- Five Star Stories
