The ovv-af Danazine was a mass production mobile suit that resembled the dragon-like flight mode of the ovv-f Gafran. However, the Danazine lacked the more standard humanoid appearance of the Gafran. The Danazine was armed with the standard palm-mounted beam vulcan guns/sabers, along with a pelvis-mounted cannon, a melee-use tail and a chin beam shooter that could function as a saber or beam gun. The Danazine was first deployed during the Vagan invasion of Earth in AG 164 and saw extensive use on both the ground and in space. Multiple units were modified into the high mobility ground use ovv-gaf Gurruzine.
