Mobile Police Patlabor: The New Files is an OVA series released in Japan from 1990-1992. It is a sequel to the 1989 TV series Mobile Police Patlabor. All the creative staff from the TV series returned for this OVA, which includes a story arc set after the TV series as well as standalone episodes set during and after the TV series. The OVA was originally released on home video in North America by Central Park Media, but it has since been re-released by Sentai Filmworks’ Maiden Japan label.
