The PEN-01M Momokapool was a custom Gunpla built by the Diver Momo (aka Momoka Yashiro) of Force Build Divers. It was based on the AMX-109 Kapool from the 1986-87 anime TV series Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. Momo took the amphibious Kapool and customized it with a penguin theme. In place of the cockpit, she implemented a mini Petitkapool that could function independently. Momo removed weapons that she considered to be not cute or appealing, leaving the Gunpla armed with hand claws, hand beams and a belly beam. Despite the reduction in armaments, the Gunpla’s strength and speed were improved. The Momokapool served as her personal unit during the Mass-Diver incident, the fight against the Coalition of Volunteers and the fight to stop out of control raid bosses from destroying GBN. Two years later, Momo participated in a restaging of the Lotus Challenge as a rehearsal battle to help Force BUILD DiVERS prepare for their final mission on Eldora. When that final mission resulted in Alus invading GBN from Eldora, Momo joined the fight to protect GBN.
