The PFF-X7II+/P9 Plutine Gundam was a custom Gunpla built by the Diver Hiroto (aka Hiroto Kuga) of Force BUILD DiVERS. The Plutine Gundam was the configuration of the PLANETS System’s Plutine Armor mounted on the PFF-X7II+ Core Gundam II plus. Having built armors based on the eight planets, Hiroto created the Pluto Armor based on the former ninth planet that was reclassified as a dwarf planet. The Pluto Armor was an example of Ecopla, which utilized recycled materials and inspired Hiroto due to Pluto being a planet of destruction and regeneration. The Pluto Armor was coated with EP Armor, which allowed it to absorb kinetic energy and convert it into extra energy to extend its combat time. Its armaments included a pair of beam sabers, the infortune scyzer and breakflow feathers – shoulder-mounted units that could function both offensively and defensively.
