Following the catastrophic end of the 7th Space War, the Earth was ruled by chaos. Some survivors made a living by scavenging for old technology, and were known as Vultures and Sea Vultures. However, on the high seas, Orcs made their living through salvage and piracy. An Orc group commanded by Marcus Guy preyed on others in the Pacific Ocean with the submarine Polypeimos. The Polypeimos was armed with several torpedo launchers and featured a complement of DTM-7200 Daughseat III aquatic mobile suits. In June A.W. 0015, Marcus was contracted by New United Nations Earth agent Olba Frost to salvage the Old U.N.E.’s long-lost secret L System project, along with several FX-9900-GB GX-Bit units from the depths of the Sea of Lorelei. After salvaging their cargo, Marcus’ forces encountered the Vulture ship Freeden. When Jamil Neate used the Flash System to activate the long-dormant GX-Bits, the Polypeimos was heavily damaged and destroyed. Afterwards, Marcus and his men were killed by Olba to maintain military secrecy.
