Mobile Suit Gundam Ground Zero -Rise from the Ashes- is a manga series released exclusively in Japan from 2017-2020. It is an expanded adaptation of the 1999 Sega Dreamcast video game Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story 0079: Rise From the Ashes. Written and illustrated by Umetarou Saitani, it was serialized in Gundam Ace magazine. Like the game, the manga is set in Australia during the One Year War and focuses on the battles of the Earth Federation Forces’ White Dingo team against Zeon forces.
