The RGM-119 Jamesgun Early Type was a limited run of seven units that preceded the regular mass production of the Earth Federation Forces’ RGM-119 Jamesgun. Deployed between UC 0120-0125, these units featured a light green color scheme similar to the RGM-109 Heavygun and F71 G-Cannon. Compared to the standard version, the Early Type lacked the forearm-mounted beam shield generator. The Early Types were deployed in combat at the start of the Cosmo Babylon War in UC 0123.
