It is a side story to the 2006 ONA series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73 STARGAZER. Written by Tomohiro Chiba, it was serialized in Dengeki Hobby Magazine. Set in C.E. 73, it focuses on DESTINY ASTRAY protagonist Jess Rabble, a photojournalist investigating the Earth Alliance’s mysterious Phantom Pain unit.
