By Summary
The last episode ended on a cliffhanger with Shinn and Cagalli attacking each other. Instead of resolving that story, we get another clip show. The first half consists of Athrun thinking about how he got into the situation he’s in now. The second half is about Kira recounting recent events.
Commentary
I’m no fan of clip shows, but it’s getting ridiculous how often they are popping up in this series and killing the pacing. The recapping here includes things that just happened two episodes ago! It’s like the staff isn’t even trying. Why is there a clip show this late in the series? It’s nothing but a waste of time. Just move along folks, there’s nothing to see here.
