The Skiure was a mobile gun turret developed by the Principality of Zeon during the One Year War. Similar to the Earth Federation Forces’ Burstliner, it mounted a large beam cannon on a movable platform controlled by a mobile suit. The beam cannon’s power surpassed that of a handheld mobile suit beam weapon. In UC 0096, the unarmed Neo Zeon ship Garencieres used a Skiure as a makeshift gun turret to attack the EFF transport plane Garuda.
