The Space Boat was a civilian craft used for work in and around space colonies. It was equipped with two manipulator arms and multiple sets of maneuvering thrusters on its hull. In March UC 0123, civilian Seabook Arno and several of his friends used a Space Boat to escape the Frontier IV Colony when it came under attack by the Crossbone Vanguard. They traveled to the Frontier I Colony and made contact with the Earth Federation Forces training ship Space Ark.
