Super Robot Wars F is a video game released exclusively in Japan for the Sega Saturn in 1997 and the Sony PlayStation 1 in 1998. It is a partial remake of the 1995 Super Famicom/Super NES game Super Robot Wars IV. Developed by Winkysoft and published by Banpresto, it is set in the Classic continuity of the Super Robot Wars strategy RPG franchise. It is the first title in the series to include the Banpresto Original SRX storyline. The game’s crossover lineup includes Mobile Suit Gundam, Zeta Gundam, Gundam ZZ, Char’s Counterattack, Gundam 0080, Gundam F91, Gundam 0083, G Gundam, Gundam Wing, Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Getter Robo, Getter Robo G, Dunbine, Ideon, L.Gaim, Gunbuster, Evangelion, GoShogun, Dancouga and Daitarn 3.
