The TFV-97 Crabman was a construction labor produced by Shinohara Heavy Industries. Like the earlier KV-98 Pickle, the Crabman was equipped with four legs for use in construction projects in forests and mountainous areas. The Crabman was also equipped with roller wheels for driving along flat surfaces. The Crabman was capable of operating on three legs if one of its legs was destroyed. A medical research company uses a Crabman in a failed attempt to capture a genetically engineered monster that escaped from their mountain lab.

Fun fact: The OST for the G-Saviour PS2 game got a physical release. King Record released the 1-disc 31-track CD on January 25, 2001. Unfortunately, it’s not a cheap pickup. Only so many copies were made, and as a result, it fetches high prices online ($125+)!
