The TS-SG-50C Skull Gunner was an unmanned “terror striker” developed by the Gradosian Empire. The Skull Gunner’s head featured sensors and an anti-personnel laser in place of a manned cockpit. Thanks to the lack of a human pilot, the Skull Gunner was capable of advanced maneuvers beyond the range of a normal super powered tracer. Its main armament was a pair of forearm-mounted lasered guns. The Skull Gunner’s durable construction allowed it to continue to function even when its head had been decapitated. Extreme sensitivity to sound aided the Skull Gunner in its anti-personnel mission. In October 1996, Grados deployed Skull Gunners to the Moon in advance of their Earth invasion. In a short time, the Skull Gunners killed nearly all of the Moon’s 30,000 inhabitants. By 1999, Grados had deployed an Earth-based policing variant, the TS-TP-50D Terminator Police.
