The VA-3M Invader was a variation of the standard VA-3 developed by Northrom Grumman. The amphibious VA-3M featured an underwater configuration that folded down the main wings and rear stabilizers to assist with maneuvering. The VA-3M’s armaments included beam guns, missiles and torpedoes. In December 2050, Capt. Aegis Focker of the U.N. Spacy’s VF-X Ravens team used a VA-3M in combat against terrorist-controlled submarines on planet Eden 3.
