With its squat, heavy design, the xvm-zbc Xamdrag had a dramatically different appearance from most Vagan mobile suits. The Xamdrag’s squat appearance was due to it sharing the same torso design as the xvm-gz Defurse. Like the Defurse, the Xamdrag’s chest was equipped with a powerful cannon. The Xamdrag’s hands and feet were equipped with beam claws that could function as beam guns or sabers. Its tail also served as a melee weapon. One feature unique to the suit was the ability for its head to eject and function independently as an escape module. Thanks to the Xamdrag’s raw power, pilot Zanald Beihart captured the AGE-3O Gundam AGE-3 Orbital and took it back to Mars for study. The Xamdrag’s main body was later destroyed in a fight with the AGE-FX Gundam AGE-FX, but Zanald was able to escape thanks to the use of the ejectable head.
