The Yapp was a transport ship used by the Principality of Zeon during the One Year War. Its twin large container design was similar to the experimental ships Jotunheim and Muspelheim. The Yapp‘s containers could transport mobile suits or large ground vehicles like a Gallop. Although the Yapp‘s mobile suit storage capacity was greater than the Papua class, its large size made it slower. After the Battle of Loum, the Yapp transported forces led by Garma Zabi to Side 5 for mop up operations.
