The YMS-06K Zaku Cannon Test Type was a prototype mobile suit developed by the Principality of Zeon’s California Base during the One Year War. The YMS-06K began development as an anti-air defense unit, but its progress was halted by unsolvable problems with weight and balance. The Test Type’s armaments included a 180mm cannon and a pair of big guns. The YMS-06K was later retooled into an anti-mobile suit combat unit and produced as the MS-06K Zaku Cannon.
