The GN-011 Gundam Harute was a high mobility transformable suit developed for Allelujah Haptism and Soma Peries, making it the first two-seater Gundam. The Gundam Harute inherited the frame design of the GN-007 Arios Gundam, and its functionality combined the capabilities of the Arios Gundam and the GNR-101A GN Archer into one. Allelujah served as the primary pilot focusing on maneuvering, while Soma was in charge of weaponry. The Gundam Harute's high speed movement capability and heavy weaponry allowed it to slip into the middle of an enemy force and create confusion with its attacks. The suit was equipped with the unique Marute System, which allowed it to draw upon the super soldier abilities of Soma, Allelujah and his split personality, Hallelujah. The suit's head antennae were designed to meet the needs of its super soldier pilots. The Gundam Harute could also equip a pair of GN vernier units on its legs for added mobility.
The Gundam Harute's armaments included a pair of GN Sword Rifles, which could split apart its front portion to act as a claw. The slits in the claw parts could emit beam blades. The sword rifle was based on development data from the GNR-010/XN XN Raiser. In flight mode, the sword rifles were mounted on the suit's sides and served as canard wings, creating higher mobility. GN Cannons mounted in the tip of the side containers served as the suit's main weapon in flight mode. Although the cannons consumed a high amount of GN particles, their attack could not be stopped by normal shields. The GN Missile Container first used as an option on the GN-003 Gundam Kyrios was now standard equipment. The container could launch missiles simultaneously from 12 hatches, and it could be ejected and self-destructed. GN Scissor Bits housed in the side containers could remotely slice apart enemy units. Their cutting power was enhanced by a GN Field. Due to the pilots being super soldiers with quantum brainwaves, the bits could be used effectively despite the constantly changing distance between them and the fast-moving Gundam Harute. Additional scissor bits were housed in the optional GN vernier units. After spending time away from Celestial Being, Allelujah and Soma returned to duty during the ELS invasion in 2314.
