Metal Armor Dragonar is a TV series that originally aired in Japan from 1987-1988. Airing after the conclusion of Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, it reuses multiple story elements from the 1979 series Mobile Suit Gundam. Set in 2087, the series focuses on Kaine Wakaba, Light Newman and Tap Oseano – three civilians who are drawn into a war between the Earth Federation and the Lunar Empire of Giganos. The series has not been officially released in English.
