Galient – MAHQ

Panzer World Galient is a TV series that aired exclusively in Japan from 1984-1985. Directed by Ryosuke Takahashi, it features mechanical designs by Yutaka Izubuchi and Kunio Okawara, characters designs by Norio Shioyama and a score by Toru Fuyuki. This fantasy mecha series is set on the planet Arst and focuses on Jordy Vorder, a young prince fighting to reclaim his kingdom from the alien conqueror Mardoul. The TV series was followed by a three-episode OVA series, which included two recap episodes and an alternate retelling of the story.
