SRW OG: The Inspector Stage 15: War God’s Armament Dygenguar

Kyosuke and Excellen sit on the beach together and talk about Alfimi. Kyosuke says that Alfimi seemed to really know them rather than just read their data. Excellen brings up the shuttle crash and says they can ask Alfimi when she shows up again. Excellen suggests they have a date since they’re there, and Kyosuke reminds her they have until dawn when they’ll leave for the Tesla labs. Sean tells Daitetsu that after defeating the Inspectors they’ll have a chance to free Laker. He adds that they’ll share some scotch when they do, celebrating Daitetsu appointment as the headmaster of the officer’s academy at the same time. Daitetsu says he rejected that offer and that he’ll leave the Hagane when Tetsuya becomes some one who can captain a Space Noah class. At the Tesla labs, Vigagi is annoyed that Jonathan gave him the lab’s data on paper and says he could just destroy things including an underground hangar they’ve been hiding. Vigagi tells them to hand everything over or else he’ll kill all the non-research personnel. The alarm goes off, signaling the arrival of Sanger and Ratsel. Jonathan tells Filio they need to prepare the Double G and bioroids escort them from the room. Vigagi heads out and Sanger tells Ratsel to go ahead. Ratsel is reluctant, but Sanger tells him to free the others and get what Bian left them. Sanger charges and takes out some Rest Djemilas while Ratsel makes it to the lab and goes inside. Filio activates the Double G remotely, but the bioroids confront him. Ratsel shoots two of the bioroids and Rishu takes out the rest with the sword in his cane. Several Rest Djemilas latch onto Sanger’s Grungust Type 3 and he shakes some off with his drills. He fires a boost knock at Vigagi, but Vigagi destroys it. Sanger tries to attack with his zankantou, but Vigagi destroys the Grungust’s other arm, knocking the sword away. Sanger uses the drills, but the Galgau rips them off. Vigagi says that humans are the evil that will destroy the galaxy and that the Inspectors’ invasion is a precaution to keep them from spreading. As such, it is right for the Inspectors to rule them. Filio says Unit 2 will take longer to prepare, and Rishu says they should send out Unit 1. Jonathan says the OS isn’t ready, but Rishu says it just needs to move. Vigagi says he’ll make the galaxy a peaceful and healthy place as he starts crushing Sanger’s cockpit but he’s stopped by Wodan. Vigagi says he doesn’t need backup, but Wodan attacks Vigagi much to the invader’s surprise. Wodan tells Sanger that he can’t finish their fight with Sanger like that, and that by beating his original, Wodan will truly become Wodan rather than W15. Sanger realizes Wodan is like Lamia, and Wodan tells him he’ll keep Vigagi busy while Sanger gets his new sword.

Filio and Jonathan make preparations as best they can and tell Sanger they’re sending the Double G out. Sanger is attacked by Rest Djemilas so he detaches the G-Bison and flies to the lab in the G-Raptor. Vigagi sees the Double G get sent up to the surface and the G-Raptor crashes near it. Sanger leaves the Grungust and gets in the new unit. Jonathan says it’s a unit Bian made just for Sanger called Dynamic General Guardian, but Sanger decides to name it Dygenguar. Vigagi knocks Wodan away and attacks Sanger with his mega smasher. Sanger is unable to move, but Dygenguar isn’t damaged. Jonathan says it can’t use its internal weapons and Vigagi slams Sanger into a rock wall. Vigagi is about to finish Sanger off, but Filio completes the OS in time and Sanger knocks the Galgau away. Jonathan is impressed, but Filio says the internal weapons still won’t work. Wodan throws Sanger the Grungust Type 3’s zankantou and Sanger uses it to destroy some Rest Djemilas. Vigagi attacks with his mega smasher, but Sanger blocks it with his sword. Vigagi tries to attack again but Ratsel arrives in Dynamic General Guardian unit 2, which he names Aussenseiter. Ratsel takes care of the Rest Djemilas with some assistance from Sleigh. Ratsel says she was supposed to stand by on the Kurogane, but Sleigh says she was waiting for the day she could save her brother. Sanger cuts off the Galgau’s tail and Vigagi calls him a barbarian. Sanger says using force to attain their goals makes the Inspectors barbarians as well. Dygenguar flies high into the air and then brings its sword down, destroying the Galgau. Vigagi flies away in an escape pod and Wodan congratulates Sanger before leaving as well. Filio sees Sleigh’s Calion fly away as the Hagane and Hiryu Kai arrive. Kusuha is glad to see Jonathan and the others all right and is amazed they had something like the Double G. Jonathan explains that some one gave it to them after the L5 campaign. Tsugumi is reunited with Filio and Ibis asks about Sleigh. Filio is sure she’ll return and Tsugumi says they’ll wait for her. Ratsel tells Sanger that Dygenguar will need lots of maintenance before it can use its internal weapons, but Sanger says the zankantou is enough for him. Sanger thanks his Grungust Type 3 and assures it that Dygenguar will inherit its soul.
