After the Hundred Years War ended, a Melkian officer named Stavros who was involved with the Plan Bang Doll scandal relocated to Melkia’s Kummen jungle area with the new identity of “Snook.” Using every underhanded method, Snook built a vast fortune and power base, but he was hated by the local Veela guerillas because his pastimes included hunting them like animals with his armored trooper squad. His men used the ATH-14-WP Standing Tortoise Snook Subordinate Custom, which was waterproofed for Kummen’s river-heavy environment. These custom versions of the ATH-14ST Standing Tortoise were armed with a catapult launcher.
