GaoGaiGar Ep. 46: Those with Courage

Leo wakes up in a void and realizes that he’s dead. All three expressions of the young woman appear and combine into one body: Leo’s wife Kizuna! Kizuna explains that after her death she became a being of pure spirit on Jupiter and was able to use THE POWER to project herself as the young woman into Guy’s imaging circuit. Leo embraces his wife and says he missed her. 3G is still in shock over Leo’s death as Entouji confirms Murakumo‘s destruction. Hyuuma asks where GaoGaiGar is and Mikoto reports that it fell into Jupiter as well. As the battle rages on, J destroys two Primevals with the J-Quath. 3G is too preoccupied with destroying asteroids that are hurled at them to retaliate at the Primevals. Susanoo barely avoids being rammed by a Primeval but is still heavily damaged. Swan quickly has Amaterasu turn around to assist it. Kaidou purifies the cores but J is trapped in an electrical field by four Primevals. Taiga orders everyone to abandon Susanoo and head for Amaterasu while the Brave Robot Corps cover them. Entouji tells Volfogg to get out but the latter says he’ll stay and fire the Reflector Beam until the last moment. Liger has Izanagi put up a barrage as well. Arm Primeval laughs at 3G’s struggle and unleashes a super gravity wave. Elsewhere, Guy hears the voice of Cain. Cain tells him that he’s a copy of the real Cain’s personality implanted into Galeon. Since he had given up his body, he was no longer able to raise Mamoru and was forced to leave him with the Amami’s. The last fight with Pasdar damaged his program and caused him to go offline, but THE POWER finally allows him to speak freely. Cain thanks Guy for taking his place since he was the one who was supposed to fuse with Galeon, but Guy says that he should be the thankful one for being granted the power to protect those he loves. Cain unlocks the final seal on Mamoru’s powers and tells Guy to believe in his courage before disappearing. Mamoru wakes up and hears his father’s voice telling him that he’ll always be by his side. Mamoru says that he finally understands the true use of the G-Stone. Guy hears Leo telling him to burrow the strength of THE POWER, and Kizuna reminds him to not rely on it alone. Guy asks his parents and Cain to watch over them as he powers up and flies to assist his comrades.

Guy pops out of Jupiter just in time to block Arm Primeval’s gravity wave with Protect Wall. With the Susanoo crew relocated to Amaterasu, Taiga quickly orders 3G to counterattack. The Mic Force fires a Solitary Wave Riser at a Primeval and Guy then single-handedly destroys it with a Broken Phantom. The rest of the Brave Robot Corps feel the effects of THE POWER and fly off into a rage. Guy combines with GoldyMarg while ChoRyuJin and GekiRyuJin separate and recombine into GoRyuJin and GenRyuJin. Guy flies to J’s aid and disintegrates all four Primevals constricting him with the Goldion Hammer. Mamoru and Kaidou get to work purifying the Primeval cores in rapid succession. Volfogg uses the Reflector Beam to destroy another three Primevals. Two Primevals try to ram GoRyuJin and GenRyuJin but get destroyed by their combined attack Maximum Tou Long. Guy then destroys Wing Primeval and gets revenge for his father’s death. Arm Primeval is shocked at this turn of events and J takes the chance to get up close and simultaneously fire all his cannons and the J-Quath, destroying Arm’s body. Arm Primeval’s core escapes to Jupiter and J gives chase. Heart Primeval announces that it has finished analysis of THE POWER and fuses with Arm Primeval. Arm Primeval grabs J and rips the Zonder crystals from inside King J-Der‘s body then flings it away. With all the Primevals in place, Heart Primeval has them all fuse into the massive Z-Master. Guy, GoRyuJin and GenRyuJin manage to grab the wounded J as the Z-Master emerges from Jupiter. Now fully harnessing the energy of THE POWER, it instantly generates countless Zonder spores and fires them towards Earth through an ES Window. Mamoru tells everyone that there’s still hope because if they purify the Primeval cores again the Zonder spores will be rendered harmless.
