By Neo Holland’s Nether Gundam faces a losing battle against Neo Greece’s Zeus Gundam. The Zeus Gundam’s pilot, Marcelot Cronos, tells Paul Bauhoben that he has horrible fighting techniques and shouldn’t have even made it to the Finals. The Zeus Gundam uses its special move Thunder of Judgment to destroy the Nether Gundam’s head. Elsewhere, Wong Yun Fat looks at a large chessboard with Gundams, which he uses to decide who will fight in each match. Since Domon made a brash statement in the opening ceremony, he decides to have Domon fight the Zeus Gundam. Master Asia believes Domon is the fighter they are looking for, and he wants Domon to fight the most powerful opponents. At the Neo Japanese hotel, Domon is told by Karato that his opponent will be the Zeus Gundam. Everyone else seems worried about Domon fighting such a powerful opponent, but Domon is sure that the God Gundam will win. As he walks through the street, he hears people talking about him. He spots the Zeus Gundam at the port and says it pales in comparison to the God Gundam. Marcelot, a gigantic man, hears this and attacks Domon. He tells Domon that no matter how good he is, there’s always someone better. He knocks Domon into the river and leaves. Rain searches the streets for Domon but can’t find him. Domon has a nightmare of Marcelot using the Thunder of Judgment and destroying the God Gundam. He wakes up on a boat with an old man named Han and his grandchildren Hoy and Ming.
Domon eats with Han and thanks him for the rescue. The kids recognize him as Neo Japan’s Gundam Fighter. Domon feels he’s already lost, so Han tells him to eat the hollow worms, which are very small and never give up fighting larger worms. The kids wonder what he is talking about, since it is just regular spice. Elsewhere, everyone waits for Domon to show up. Wong thinks he’s a coward, but Master Asia assures him Domon will come. He says that Domon is a better martial artist than himself and will definitely not miss the fight. Han sets sail and heads for the tournament. As they sail, Domon sees Chibodee, George, Argo and Sai Saici pass him by. He arrives and calls on the God Gundam. The battle begins, and Domon quickly destroys Marcelot’s mobile horse Hercury with his beam saber. However, Marcelot counters with his Thunder of Judgment and presses Domon against the ground. Hoy and Ming ask Han why he lied about the hollow worms, and he said it was to help Domon. Wong thinks that Domon has lost, but Master Asia says he is just waiting for an opportunity to grab victory. Domon manages to get up, and Rain tells him to use the God Gundam’s ultimate attack: Bakunetsu (Explosive) God Finger. Domon uses the Bakunetsu God Finger and wins the match. Marcelot sees that he was the arrogant one, not Domon. Domon thanks Han for the made up hollow worms. When Rain asks what that means, Domon grabs her and says he wants to celebrate his first victory with the God Gundam.
As I expected with the Finals, it’s back to the standard Gundam Fight stuff. Instead of challenging people all around the world, it’s done in Neo Hong Kong. Instead of using the Shining Finger, it’s the God Finger. I must say that Marcelot was quite the opponent. He’s so monstrously huge, he’s even bigger than Argo! I don’t know why Domon let that intimidate him. After defeating the Devil Gundam and Master Asia, Domon shouldn’t fear any opponent from now on, especially since he has the God Gundam, which proves in battle that it’s superior to the old Shining Gundam. And why is it that Domon always needs little kids to encourage him to win?
