The MWS-19362GS Stark GM was a colony defense mobile suit used by the Colony Public Corporation. In the wake of Char’s Rebellion in UC 0093, the Corporation was blocked from purchasing Anaheim Electronics’ RGM-89S Stark Jegan due to the fears of the Earth Federation government. Instead, Assemblyman Engiest Ronah pushed for the purchasing of Stark Jegan missile pods to be mounted on a different mobile suit. This task fell to Monotone Mouse, a colony redevelopment firm spun off from Anaheim. Designer Daryl Niel Guns decided to retrofit the RGM-79GS GM Command Space, an old mobile suit from the One Year War. The GM Command’s shoulders were modified to mount the missile pods, and an RGM-86R GM III retrofit kit was adapted to swap in the generator from an RMS-179 GM II and the backpack of the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II. The Stark GM’s armaments included a beam rifle, three 3-tube mid-sized missile launchers and four large missiles, which could be equipped with nuclear warheads. During the Trimurti Incident of UC 0116, Stark GM pilots found themselves in combat against Zeon remnants while attempting to defend Trimurti, the anti-meteorite orbital cannon. Afterward, some Stark GM units were used by the EFF during the First Oldsmobile War, but these units were all destroyed in combat in Mars orbit.
