The NOG-M1A1 BLACK KNIGHT SQUAD Shi-ve.A was a mobile suit fielded by the Kingdom of Foundation in C.E. 75. It was piloted by Shura Serpentine, commander of Foundation’s elite Black Knight Squad that was composed of genetically engineered Accords whose abilities surpassed Coordinators. Developed with ZAFT technology, the Shi-ve.A incorporated new FT (Femto Technology) armor that was completely impervious to beams. Its armaments included an anti-armor blade, combinable beam sabers, foot-mounted beam swords, a shield (with crushing claw) and a beam mantle that could be used either defensively or as a bladed weapon. Thanks to his suit’s abilities and his Accord powers, Shura was able to defeat Kira Yamato’s STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam in combat on Earth. After Compass regrouped to face Foundation’s forces in space, Shura was killed in battle against Athrun Zala’s ZGMF-X191M2 Infinite Justice Gundam Type II.
