The RGZ-95 ReZEL (Defenser b-Unit) was an equipment configuration of the standard RGZ-95. The b-Unit provided extra thrust to the ReZEL to compensate for the added weight. The b-Unit was equipped with two mega particle cannons and two mega beam launchers that could coordinate with the ReZEL’s sensors for precision firing and sniping. Instead of the standard RGZ-95 beam rifle, it carried two of the mega beam launchers used by the RGZ-95C ReZEL Type C. A Defenser b-Unit was used by Londo Bell pilot Riddhe Marcenas in April UC 0096 when the Nahel Argama engaged Neo Zeon forces.
